Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Diagnosed cases of Non\-progressive neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • 2\)Should have attained head control.
  • 3\)Medically stable.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Children with lower extremity fixed deformities.
  • 2\)Unstable cardiopulmonary conditions like arrhythmias, congenital heart diseases, cystic fibrosis.
  • 3\)History of uncontrolled seizures.
  • 4\)History of orthopedic surgeries in past 6 months.
  • 5\)Use of medications to control spasticity, including a baclofen pump or botulinum toxin injections in past 6 months.
  • 6\)Weight more than 40kg
  • 7\)Pain, wound or discomfort in the lower limbs
