Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Diagnosed cases of Non\-progressive neurodevelopmental disorders.
- •2\)Should have attained head control.
- •3\)Medically stable.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Children with lower extremity fixed deformities.
- •2\)Unstable cardiopulmonary conditions like arrhythmias, congenital heart diseases, cystic fibrosis.
- •3\)History of uncontrolled seizures.
- •4\)History of orthopedic surgeries in past 6 months.
- •5\)Use of medications to control spasticity, including a baclofen pump or botulinum toxin injections in past 6 months.
- •6\)Weight more than 40kg
- •7\)Pain, wound or discomfort in the lower limbs
