Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1)Diagnosed cases of Non-progressive neurodevelopmental disorders.
- •2)Should have attained head control.
- •3)Medically stable.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1)Children with lower extremity fixed deformities.
- •2)Unstable cardiopulmonary conditions like arrhythmias, congenital heart diseases, cystic fibrosis.
- •3)History of uncontrolled seizures.
- •4)History of orthopedic surgeries in past 6 months.
- •5)Use of medications to control spasticity, including a baclofen pump or botulinum toxin injections in past 6 months.
- •6)Weight more than 40kg
- •7)Pain, wound or discomfort in the lower limbs
