Inclusion Criteria
a) Patients undergoing selective pulmonary segmentectomy or lobectomy;<br>b)ASA I~II level;<br>c) Age 18-65 years old;<br>d) Informed consent signed by patients or family members.
Exclusion Criteria
a) Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics;<br>b) Combined with autoimmune diseases, long-term use of steroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs analgesics;<br>c) Combined with sleep disorders, long-term use of hypnotic drugs;<br>d) Infection in the blocked area or coagulation dysfunction;<br>e) Severe obesity, BMI=30.
