Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.primigravida age 20\-40 years old, 2\.delivery by cesarean section or vaginal delivery, 3\.gestational age 37\-40 weeks

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.have underlying disease, 2\.previous psychiatric disease, 3\.psychiatric drugs use, 4\.fetal anomaly or postpartum newborn problem, 5\.use forcep extraction or vacuum extraction intrapartum, 6\.trauma or ear injury, 7\.refuse to apply in this research
