Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) all patients underwent elective surgery in general surgery, and the interval between admission and surgery was \>\= 5 days;
- •2\) the patient has basic communication and understanding ability, knows the purpose of this study, and signs the informed consent;
- •3\) the patient was 25\~70 years old, regardless of gender, with indications of elective surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, malignant tumor, hematopoietic immune system dysfunction, etc.;
- •2\) craniocerebral injury, respiratory system disease, endocrine disease or mental and psychological disease;
- •3\) long\-term use of psychotropic drugs;
- •4\) poor compliance of cooperation research.
