•1.Presence of isolated Cairoâ??s RT1 maxillary & mandibular gingival recessions in the area between the left second premolar and the right second premolar. (Cairoâ??s et al, 2011)
•2.No Medication known to interfere with periodontal tissue health / healing (steroids, Ca channel blockers, antiepileptic agents, immunosuppresants)
•3.No Contraindications for periodontal surgery
•4.Non-smoker (not smoked >=100 cigarettes in their lifetime and do not currently smoke) or former smoker (smoked >=100 cigarettes in their lifetime and do not currently smoke)

•1.Multiple adjacent gingival recessions, lingual recession in the selected teeth.
•2.Current Smokers (smoked >=100 cigarettes in their lifetime and currently smoke).
•3.Systemic chronic conditions known to be associated with periodontitis or with changes in systemic inflammation: Diabetes, Cardiovascular diseases, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Rheumatic Fever, SLE, Malignancy, Respiratory diseases, Renal diseases, Other (e.g., autoimmune diseases, fungal infections, immunological deficiencies, etc.)
•4.Pregnant / Lactating mothers
•5.Presence of Malocclusion / Patients with orthodontic therapy in progress
•6.Previous History of periodontal disease / surgical periodontal therapy
