入选标准
- •1) Patients belonging to ASA Grade I and ASA GradeII.
- •2) Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •1) Unwilling patients.
- •2) Patients with anticipated difficult intubation.
- •3) Patients with history of known allergy to study drugs.
- •4) Patients with labile blood pressure, severe renal, endocrine and cardiac dysfunction, heart block.
- •5) Patients on Beta-blocker drugs.
- •6) Morbidly obese patients.
- •7) Patients with history of alcohol/ drug abuse.
- •8) Pregnant and lactating patients.
