Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA 1 patients undergoing General anaesthesia for laparoscopic surgery.
2. Duration of anaesthesia < 180 minutes
3. Patients giving valid consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Emergency surgeries
2. Hemodynamically unstable patients
3. Pregnant women
4. Chronic heavy smokers and alcoholic
5. Difficult airway
6. Obesity, BMI >35

Name Time Method Effects of dexmeditomedine and midazolam on stress hormone during preoperative ,intra operative and post operative period. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Time points <br/ ><br>Effects of dexmeditomedine and midazolam on stress hormone during preoperative - Baseline followed by bolus before induction of anaesthesia and <br/ ><br>intra operative- During Surgery every 10 minutes <br/ ><br>and post operative period.
