Inclusion Criteria
- •Pateints of every age and both genders
- •Patients ready to participate in the trial
- •Patients with presumed clinical diagnosis of acquired palmoplantar keratoderma
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with prior steroid or keratolytic therapy
- •Patients not willing for biopsy
- •Patients with coexistent systemic comorbidities
- •Patients with hereditary palmoplantar keratodermas
