Inclusion Criteria
- •A)Should have played one of the following sports
- •1\. Basketball
- •2\. Football
- •3\. Handball
- •B) Recruitment of participant with shoe sizes between UK 7\-10
Exclusion Criteria
- •The participants will be excluded from the study with the following criteria
- •1\. The individuals with any injury to the lower limb in the past 6 months.
- •2\. The individuals with any surgery to the lower limb in the last 6 months.
- •3\. Presence of ankle instability
