Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. University level badminton players (age group 18\-28 years) with a minimum of five years of experience
- •2\. Shoe size UK 7\-10
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of any acute or sub\-acute musculoskeletal injury to the hip, knee or ankle (less than 6 months)
