2. Presence of SIRS, fulfilling at least 2 out of 4 criteria
1. Patients with hypotension requiring more than single inotropes
2. CKD and post renal transplant patients already on some form of renal replacement therapy
3. Indication of dialysis, toxin or drug removal

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To examine the feasibility of conducting a larger study that will determine whether convective clearance confers improved outcome as compare to diffusive clearance using intermittent modes of RRT

2. To compare outcome in terms of renal recovery in patients with AKI and SIRS, undergoing online hemodiafiltration vs conventional hemodialysisTimepoint: 1 month
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Change in body fluid levels as assessed by bioimpedance machineTimepoint: 7 days;Change in qSOFA scoreTimepoint: 7 days;Change in serum cytokine concentration (IL6)Timepoint: 7 days;Mortality benefit

Timepoint: 1 month
