Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •I) A study of patients who are indicated for NPWT
  • •Patients with intractable wounds who do not have obvious wound infection and who are indicated for NPWT.
  • •Ii) A study of healthy subjects for comparison
  • •Based on the information posted on the homepage, healthy people who wish to volunteer and do not have ischemic disease.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •A study of patients who are indicated for NPWT
  • •Patients who do not agree with this study.
  • •There is no grace for blood flow measurement such as emergency surgery.
  • •A study of healthy subjects for comparison
  • •Persons with ischemic disease.
