Web-based questionnaire study to investigate patients' and physicians' perspectives regarding factors affecting patients' satisfaction and adherence to treatment, continuation/discontinuation of treatment, and clinical inertia in type 2 diabetes management

The analysis was based on the participants' self-assessment and is limited by the lack of objectivity and the potential for inaccuracies. There were gaps between physicians and patients in this survey, it is necessary to understand the gaps in the treatment of diabetes to maximize treatment outcome.
