Inclusion Criteria

Patients undergoing GA with tracheal tube, controlled ventilation.BMI <30, ASA 1 and 2 patients posted for cases lasting more than 30 minutes done under GA with endotracheal intubation and controlled ventilation

Exclusion Criteria

pregnant patients, anticipated difficult airway, chronic cardio respiratory disease, nasal obstruction, elevated ICP, GORD, SpO2 <97 % preinduction
