Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing surgery in the Advanced Trauma Centre operation theater.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients refusal to participate in the study.
2. Patients with coronary artery disease.
3. Patients with pulmonary disease.
4. Patients with end-stage renal disease.
5. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, and morbid obesity.
