Inclusion Criteria
- •Consent of legal guardians; anaesthesia in the operative field of paediatric surgery/orthopaedics; ASA I \+ II; operation time \> 45 min
Exclusion Criteria
- •rejection by legal guardians; ASA III \+ IV; requirement for rapid sequence induction; intraoperative administration of catecholamines; long\-term therapy with steroids, opioid analgesics and/or sedatives; tumor diseases; participation in another clinical study; critically ill child (intensive care); presence of pregnancy
