3.Surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1.Endocrine disorders
2.Renal disease
3.Hepatic disease
4.Pregnancy
5. Patients receiving steroids, beta blockers
6. Alcohol consumption 1 week before surgery
