入选标准
- •Age 18 years or older
- •Able to read and write
- •Primary unpaid family caregiver of a person with dependency (Barthel ADL Index score 0-4)
- •Caregiving duration of at least 3 months
- •Moderate to high fatigue score, assessed by the Thai-translated Piper Fatigue Scale
排除标准
- •Caregivers with severe psychiatric problems
- •Caregivers currently receiving another intervention or therapy program
- •Caregivers unable to participate continuously in the program
- •Care recipient dies during the study period
