- •patients of any gender with ASA physical status I or II from 18-50 years of age undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •patients with
- •1) history of allergy to systemic opioids.
- •2) substance use disorder.
- •3) chronic opioid use.
- •4) analgesia use within 24 hours.
