入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patient above age of 18 years.
- •2. Patient with clinical diagnosis of limited alopecia areata of scalp and beard.
- •3. Patients with limited area not requiring systemic treatment.
- •4. Patients who have not received any intervention for last one month.
排除标准
- •1. Patients suffering from any significant systemic illness.
- •2. Pregnant, planning pregnancy or lactating.
- •3. Prior history of anticoagulant therapy.
- •4. Patients with known platelet dysfunction syndrome,thrombocytopenia ( >150,000/mm3),with haemoglobin <10 g/dl.
- •5. Patient with known hypersensitivity to platelet rich plasma or any other form of blood components.
