- 45 至 55（—）
- 性别
- Female
入选标准
- •1. Eligible female participants aged 45 to 55 years old;
- •2. who meet the diagnostic criteria for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) (DSM-5);
- •3. without anti-anxiety or psychotropic drugs in 2 weeks;
- •4. whose Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) between: [14,29];
- •5. who agree to sign informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. who suffer from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory, blood, liver and kidney, endocrine and other diseases;
- •2. who have a clear history of mental illness or have psychotic symptoms;
- •3. who abuse or depended on substances (alcohol or medicine) in the past 3 months;
- •4. who participated in other clinical trials such as drugs and acupuncture in the past one month.
