Inclusion criteria are the following: term pregnancy; one previous cesarean section; low transverse scar on the abdomen ; elective cesarean section with transverse incision on the skin and lower uterine segment: age between 25 to 35 ; spinal anesthesia; tendency of the patient to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria are the following: Emergent cesareans; underlying diseases like liver and kidney dysfunction and impaired hemostasis and … ; history of previous surgery at the surgical site or on the suprapubic site except cesarean section; low midline scar on the abdomen ; Positive history of smoking or drug abuse; drug sensitivity to topical analgesics .

Name Time Method Post cesarean pain. Timepoint: 0.5 ,1 ,2 ,3 ,6 ,12 ,24 hour. Method of measurement: visual analogue scale.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Rate of cesarean wound healing and repair. Timepoint: 2 ,3 ,7 day after cesarean. Method of measurement: physical examination.
