1. Patients= 19 years
2. Symptomatic/asymptomatic and Radiologic confirmed intracranial vasospasm caused by intracranial hemorrhage
-Refractory intracranial vasospasm:
despite of (IV/PO nimodipine) = 50% decrease in vessel diameter compared to first angiography
OR, radiological/clinical evidence suspicious of recurrent intracranial vasospasm, such as:
-Even though chemical angioplasty was performed, radiologically, cerebral vasospasm worsens (severe cerebral vasospasm(70-99%) or clinical symptoms worsen.
1. Existing intracranial stenosis = 50%
2. Devastating patients’ condition for further evaluation
3. Difficult angiographic access
(Location: middle cerebral artery M3 and M4, anterior cerebral artery A3 and A4,5, and Posterior cerebral artery P3 and P4 )
4. Vasculitis, Dissection
5. pregnant or breastfeeding
