Inclusion Criteria

Patients with Papulopustular mild acne; age greater than 12 years old; normal levels of G6PD

Exclusion criteria: patient's decision to exit the study; the risk of severe and moderate conglobata acne or nodulocystic acne; use of topical medications in the past week; taking oral medications in the past four weeks; have allergy to dapsone sulfate; pregnancy or planning to pregnancy or breastfeeding; lesions have been exacerbated enough that the need for systemic therapy; use of isotretinoin in 3 months ago; patients under 12 years of age old; G6PD deficiency
