Adult patients aged 18 years or older with stable vitiligo that was symmetrically distributed over their face and neck were recruited from our clinics
The stable vitiligo was defined as the absence of new lesions and no increase in the size of existing lesions for 6 months prior to the enrollment.
The exclusion criteria included the patients taking systemic corticosteroids or immunosuppressants for last 4 weeks; having chemotherapy or immunotherapy for last 4 weeks; having phototherapy including EL for last 4 weeks.
