Inclusion Criteria
1) Age of 65 to 85 years
2) Hip surgery patients with intertrochanteric fracture
3) Ability to understand and follow simple explanations and commands
Exclusion Criteria
1) Recent medical emergency treatments
2) Knee joint replacement surgery
3) Anatomical fracture of corresponding side
4) Severe physical conditions of upper and lower extremities
5) Treatment of steroid medicine
6) Treatment of anticoagulant medicine
7) Other severe conditions not able to participate in the treatments
8) Currently participating other clinical trial test
