Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age ≥ 60 years
  • •2\. Low muscle mass measuring by BIA (Male ≤ 7 kg/m², Female ≤5\.7 kg/m²)
  • •3\. independent ambulation

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Having the contraindication of resistive exercise
  • •2\. Communication problem
  • •3\. Taking medication that affects muscle mass (eg. creatine, essential amino acid, leucine, vitamin E, growth hormone, sex hormone, ACE inhibitor)
  • •4\. History of metal implantation, joint replacement and electrical device implantation
  • •5\. Do resistive exercise regularly for at least 3 months
