Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Aged sixty or over; length of hospital stay equal to or greater than two days and equal to or less than ten days; classified as fragile or pre\-fragile
Exclusion Criteria
- •were hemodynamically unstable patients; patients with bone fractures that make intervention impossible; patients with neuromuscular diseases; patients unable to obey simple commands; patients using sedation and / or neuromuscular blockers and patients who are contraindicated to receive the NMSE.
