A. 20 to 80 years old
B. Patients with lateral or bilateral lower extremity radiology with intervertebral disc herniation can be examined for at least one year.
C. A person who has signed a consent form after fully understanding the details of the clinical trial by himself (only if signature is available) or his/her legal representative;
D. Payroll recognition target
A. Meyer Gr II+ Spondylostasis
B. A person who previously performed the same segment surgery
C. Lumbar degenerative scoliosis (Cobbangle> 20 degrees)
D. Lumbar intervertebral disc exodus If there are other spinal problems in the affected area (such as ankylosing spondylitis, tumor, compression fracture, etc.)
E. Psychiatric disorders (dementia, mental retardation, severe drug addiction, etc.)
F. Who refused to participate in the study
