1. 20~80 years of age at the date of written informed consent.
2. Patients who have unilateral or bilateral radiculopathy resulting from lumbar disc herniation and can be followed up for more than 1 year.
3. A person who voluntarily signed a written consent after hearing the explanation of the purpose and method of this clinical trial.
1. Spondylolisthesis of Meyer Gr II or higher
2. Prior surgery at the same level
3. Lumbar degenerative scoliosis (Cobb angle>20)
4. In case of other spinal diseases in the affected area (ankylosing spondylitis, tumor, compression fracture, etc.)
5.Psychiatric illness (Dementia, mental illness)
6. Those who refused to participate in the study.
7. Others, if judged by the investigator to be inappropriate for participation in this clinical trial.
