Inclusion Criteria
- •Age \>65 years
- •Visually impairment and schedue for ophthalmic surgery (Pars plana Vitrectomy)
- •Absence of preoperative cognitive impairment
- •\<7 points on 6CIT scale
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age \<65 years
- •preoperative cognitive impairment
- •CIT \>7 points
- •Known dementia
- •Neurologic disease with cognitive impairment
- •Cerebral insult \<3 months prior study inclusion
