Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All adult patients in the age group of 18\-60 years, who are able to read and write, scheduled for elective major oncosurgeries under GA and having an expected postoperative stay of 1 week and a long\-term follow\-up of 3 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Refusal to provide informed consent, Patients who present with mini mental state examination score of \<23, Patients with severe auditory or visual disability, Patients not able to read and write, Patients having any addictions in the past 2 months.(Alcohol, smoking, any drug abuse).
