All adult patients in the age group of 18-60 years, who are able to read and write, scheduled for elective major oncosurgeries under GA and having an expected postoperative stay of 1 week and a long-term follow-up of 3 months.
Patients with Refusal to provide informed consent, Patients who present with mini mental state examination score of <23, Patients with severe auditory or visual disability, Patients not able to read and write, Patients having any addictions in the past 2 months.(Alcohol, smoking, any drug abuse).

Name Time Method The primary aim of this study to assess the incidence of post-operative cognitive dysfunction in patients following supramajor oncosurgeries.Timepoint: It will be assessed at 24 hours, 3rd day, 7th day post surgery and followed by 3 months post surgery. <br/ ><br>
