1) Unilateral TMJ ankylosis patient

2) Ankylosis patients having facial asymmetry

3) Patient willing and fit for surgery

Exclusion Criteria

1) Patients with bilateral TMJ ankylosis

2) Patient not fit for surgery

1) Number of surgeries required. <br/ ><br>2) Maximum Inter-incisal opening. <br/ ><br>3) Anesthetic risks involved in both the surgeries <br/ ><br>4) Quality of life improvement in both surgeriesTimepoint: 1) Number of surgeries - 1 or 2 or 3. <br/ ><br>2) Maximum Inter-incisal opening - pre-op, post-op, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years. <br/ ><br>3) Anesthetic risks - intra-op, post -op. <br/ ><br>4) Quality of life questionnaire filled - pre -op, 6 months, 1 year.
