Among patients aged 19 years or older who underwent robotic prostatectomy performed in the central operating room of our hospital from IRB approval until October 2024, 62 patients with ASA score I, II, or III are eligible. 31 people in each group are randomly assigned.
? emergency cases
? intraoperative development of hemodynamic instability
? massive hemorrhage that required rescue management
? severe nausea and vomiting that required withholding an additional IV opioid
? Refusal to participate in the study

Name Time Method 1. NRS (Numeric rating scale) of pain immediately after surgery, 10 minutes, and 20 minutes later Visual analog scale (VAS) comparison of pain 1, 2, 6, 12, and 24 hours after surgery 2. Values of blood pressure, heart rate, and BIS during surgery 3. Total amount of painkillers used after completion of surgery 4. Time from completion of surgery to extubation, time from completion of surgery to recovery of orientation, time to open eyes after completion of surgery, time to spontaneous breathing after completion of surgery 5. Total anesthesia time, total amount of anesthetic used, number of days of hospital stay 6. Complications occurring after surgery
