Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Adults between the ages of 20 and 65 who have undergone cardiovascular procedures due to myocardial infarction and angina pectoris
- •2\) Android smartphone users
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) previous cardiovascular disease and cardiovascular surgery
- •2\) Apple iPhone users or those who do not have a smartphone
- •3\) difficulty in actively participating in sports due to brain disease, musculoskeletal disease, or other diseases
- •4\) taking medication for mental illness such as depression or insomnia
- •5\) difficulty in setting the exercise intensity by heart rate due to arrhythmia
- •6\) difficulty in participating in the exercise program for other reasons
