Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients diagnosed with heart failure aged between 18\- 70 years
  • •2\.Patients comes under NewYork Heart Association of dyspnoea (NYHA)grade II \& III
  • •3\.Patients Willing for education and follow up care

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients Hospitalized greater than 1 month,
  • •2\.Patients with known history of congenital heart disease,3\.Patients with associated complications like arrhythmias, CVA,end stage renal disease, and Chronic mental disease,4\.Patients posted for cardiac surgery
