Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Pupil size \= 4 mm post pharmacological dilatation as study subjects and a control group with normal pupil size \>4mm
- •2 All grades of Cataract.
- •3 Patients willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Active iritis in the past 3 months.
- •2 Current Ocular inflammation.
- •3 Posterior synechiae \> 1 clock hour.
- •4 Advanced Glaucoma with macular threat.
- •5 Specular microscopy count \<2000/mm2\.
- •6 Subluxated lens / Traumatic cataract.
- •7 Corneal disorders like corneal opacity, degenerations and dystrophies and congenital anterior segment anomalies.
- •8 History of Previous retinal surgeries.
- •9 Posterior segment anomalies affecting the visual acuity.
- •10 Age \< 18 years
