Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Primary Oncologist approval.
  • •Patients who are diagnosed with carcinoma and undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
  • •Absence of significant primary disease.
  • •Karnofsky performance score more than sixty.
  • •Those having smart phones and capable of making video call.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. The patients with acute cardio\-respiratory illness (Angina, cardiac arrest)
  • •2\. Any musculoskeletal\-related dysfunctions which will hamper the results of the six\-minute walk test.
  • •3\. Patients undergoing concurrent radiation therapy.
  • •4\. Patients who are already diagnosed with diseases that will hamper their physical function and pulmonary functions.
  • •5\. Patients diagnosed with Lung cancer or any head and neck cancer.
  • •6\. Presence of physical limitations (vision, hearing impairment).
  • •7\. Presence of serious cognitive and psychiatric diseases.
