Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Primary Oncologist approval.
- •Patients who are diagnosed with carcinoma and undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
- •Absence of significant primary disease.
- •Karnofsky performance score more than sixty.
- •Those having smart phones and capable of making video call.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. The patients with acute cardio\-respiratory illness (Angina, cardiac arrest)
- •2\. Any musculoskeletal\-related dysfunctions which will hamper the results of the six\-minute walk test.
- •3\. Patients undergoing concurrent radiation therapy.
- •4\. Patients who are already diagnosed with diseases that will hamper their physical function and pulmonary functions.
- •5\. Patients diagnosed with Lung cancer or any head and neck cancer.
- •6\. Presence of physical limitations (vision, hearing impairment).
- •7\. Presence of serious cognitive and psychiatric diseases.
