入排标准
入选标准
- •1. A diagnosis of CDMS (clinically defined multiple sclerosis) (using revised McDonald criteria, 2010, 2017 revision)
- •2. RRMS, SPMS, PPMS.
- •3. Within 5 years from onset
- •4. Written informed consent
- •5. Males or females, aged between 18 to 50
- •6. Indian origin
- •7. EDSS (Expanded Disability Status Scale) score between 0 and 6
排除标准
- •1. Any condition which in the opinion of the investigator would render the patient unsuitable.
- •2. Any concurrent illness, disability, or clinically significant abnormality (including laboratory tests) that may prevent the subject from safely completing the assessments required by the protocol.
