1. A diagnosis of CDMS (clinically defined multiple sclerosis) (using revised McDonald criteria, 2010, 2017 revision)
2. RRMS, SPMS, PPMS.
3. Within 5 years from onset
4. Written informed consent
5. Males or females, aged between 18 to 50
6. Indian origin
7. EDSS (Expanded Disability Status Scale) score between 0 and 6
1. Any condition which in the opinion of the investigator would render the patient unsuitable.
2. Any concurrent illness, disability, or clinically significant abnormality (including laboratory tests) that may prevent the subject from safely completing the assessments required by the protocol.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To assess if yoga added to the medical management improves fatigue among patients with MS <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2. To assess if yoga added to the standard medical management improves walking ability on 8 metres / 25 feet walk test and overall improvement in ambulation using EDSS scale.Timepoint: 3, 6, 12 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess if yoga added to the medical management improves spasticity, quality of life, depression, bladder functions and disease related outcomes as measured on relapse rate, disability progression and MRI measures AND prevents disability progression as measured on the EDSS scale among patients with MS .Timepoint: 3, 6, 12 months
