Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria â??

ICD 10 diagnosis of Somatoform disorders with predominant pain component on clinical evaluation.

Written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

Mental retardation

Current substance dependence other than nicotine

Psychosis

Comorbid Severe depression.

Hypochondriasis

Pregnant / lactating / postpartum women

Significant medical co-morbidity (Such as known neurological illness, and medical illnesses which can challenge Postures(Asanas)in orthopedic flexion deformities, arthritis or connective tissue diseases)

Contraindications for each asanas will be assessed and ruled out by clinical examination by qualified medical practitioner.
