Inclusion Criteria

•Menstruating women 18 years and above those who have breast pain more than 3 month, cyclical or A\-cyclical, uni or bilateral, and not on any hormonal treatment including OCP

Exclusion Criteria

•those who are already practicing regular yoga,post menopausal and with any malignancy.
