Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects diagnosed with Type 2-Diabetes
- •Aged 30-65 years
- •Both the genders - male and female.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those with psychological co-morbidities
- •Subjects with renal dysfunctions, since Klotho levels are known to be down regulated in such cases
- •Suffering from chronic or medical conditions impeding their participation in the intervention
- •Those with prior exposure of yoga
- •Have undergone a recent surgery
- •Physically challenged
