Inclusion Criteria

Participants with post operative open abdominal surgery pulmonary complications with reduced pulmonary function, sputum retention and thoracic expansion.

Exclusion Criteria

participants who are uncooperative.

Participants who have throat irritation.

Participants who have undergone surgery for obstetrics and gynecological conditions.

Participants unable to understand or use the device appropriately.
