Patients with age group 18-40 years.
Patients whose treatment plan includes extraction of upper first premolars.
Patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment.
Patients with acceptable periodontal condition.
Patients with no medical or dental history compromising miniscrew placement.
No congenitally missing teeth except third molars.
Patients with poor periodontal conditions.
Patients having craniofacial asymmetry.
Patients with diminished crown height due to excessive wear, trauma or restorative work.
Patient who do not fill out consent form.
