Female patients (age 18 to 70 years) newly diagnosed with breast cancer
Receiving chemotherapy for the first time.
Having Performance status 0-2 (ECOG scale).
Receiving 3 weekly chemotherapy
Able to read Hindi, English or Punjabi language.
Willing to participate
Have clinical evidence of psychiatric or intellectual impairment such as: dementia, schizophrenia, mental retardation, depression, and anxiety disorder;
Received Chemotherapy earlier either in the study hospital or other hospital;
Receiving Concurrent chemoradiotherapy.
At the end stage of life.
