Patient undergoing TKR with or without LBA.
Degenerative osteoarthritis
Exclusion Criteria
Previous spinal surgery and/or fractures
Functional discrepancy of limb length
Patient who not able to stand
Associated hip pathology
Inflammatory arthritis
