Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.The participants willing to participate in the study.
- •2\.Age between 18\-30 years of both male and female adults with forward head posture.
- •4\.Participants with Craniovertebral angle less than 50°.
- •5\.Participants with Tight Hamstrings
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.If participant had any injury or underwent surgery in the past year.
- •2\.If participant had previous history of immobilization in the last three years.
- •3\.Participant with persistent pain or pathology.
- •4\.Participant with disorders of the circulatory system in lower extremities.
- •5\.Participants with any musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiovascular disease.
