Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Both male and female
  • 2\)Age group between 22 to 40 years
  • 3\)Tender masticatory muscles ( masseter and temporalis) with latent trigger points on palpation
  • 4\)Tender cervical muscles (upper trapezius and sternocleidomastoid) ) with latent trigger points on palpation
  • 5\)Patients with reduced jaw opening with interincisal distance \<40mm
  • 6\)Patients having forward head posture

Exclusion Criteria

  • Recent history of trauma and fracture around TM joint and/or cervical spine
  • Patients undergone any surgery of TM joint and/or cervical spine
  • Unco\-operative patients
  • Patients with any mental illness
  • Acute pain or dental problems other than TMJ dysfunction
