Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Both male and female
  • •2\)Age group between 22 to 40 years
  • •3\)Tender masticatory muscles ( masseter and temporalis) with latent trigger points on palpation
  • •4\)Tender cervical muscles (upper trapezius and sternocleidomastoid) ) with latent trigger points on palpation
  • •5\)Patients with reduced jaw opening with interincisal distance \<40mm
  • •6\)Patients having forward head posture

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Recent history of trauma and fracture around TM joint and/or cervical spine
  • •Patients undergone any surgery of TM joint and/or cervical spine
  • •Unco\-operative patients
  • •Patients with any mental illness
  • •Acute pain or dental problems other than TMJ dysfunction
