Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Both male and female
- •2\)Age group between 22 to 40 years
- •3\)Tender masticatory muscles ( masseter and temporalis) with latent trigger points on palpation
- •4\)Tender cervical muscles (upper trapezius and sternocleidomastoid) ) with latent trigger points on palpation
- •5\)Patients with reduced jaw opening with interincisal distance \<40mm
- •6\)Patients having forward head posture
Exclusion Criteria
- •Recent history of trauma and fracture around TM joint and/or cervical spine
- •Patients undergone any surgery of TM joint and/or cervical spine
- •Unco\-operative patients
- •Patients with any mental illness
- •Acute pain or dental problems other than TMJ dysfunction
