- •1. Those who have been diagnosed with chronic neck pain, not traumatic injuries such as traffic accidents
- •2. Patients who sustained neck pain for more than 3 months
- •3. Those who agree to participate in the research and participate voluntarily
排除标准
- •1. Those who have not undergone mobility or exercise treatment within the last 3 months
- •2. Those who have never had surgery on their necks and who have no neurological problems
- •3. Those who have no psychiatric problems such as dementia and depression, who can understand the researcher's instructions well
