Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Those who have been diagnosed with chronic neck pain, not traumatic injuries such as traffic accidents
- •2\. Patients who sustained neck pain for more than 3 months
- •3\. Those who agree to participate in the research and participate voluntarily
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Those who have not undergone mobility or exercise treatment within the last 3 months
- •2\. Those who have never had surgery on their necks and who have no neurological problems
- •3\. Those who have no psychiatric problems such as dementia and depression, who can understand the researcher's instructions well
