- All
入选标准
- •1.Age 60 or older and fit for surgery
- •2.Unilateral unstable distal radius fracture, defined based on Lafontaine criteria or irreducible fracture
- •3.They must be active defined as those who were engaged in employment or recreation sport and performed daily living independently
- •4.They choose surgical treatment
- •5.Minimum follow-up 3 months
- •6.Having surgical treatment within 72-84 hour after injury
排除标准
- •Patients who had injury more than 12 hour before presentation
- •open fracture
- •preexisting deformity
- •currently prescribed anticoagulant or antiplatelet
- •Depuytren contracture
- •concomitant neurovascular injury
